These terms govern your use of the Staffer mobile app, websites and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. The Service

Staffer is a flexible staffing platform that is currently in development. Features can change, be limited or be removed, and access may be restricted to approved users.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must be an adult and give accurate, current information. Client and supplier organizations are reviewed by the Staffer team and may be approved or declined. Keep your credentials, PIN and verification codes secret and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Verification

We may ask you to confirm your identity or your organization’s details and to upload documents. Access to some features can depend on the result.

4. Shifts, contracts and payments

Shifts, applications, contracts and payouts arranged through the Service are between the parties involved, on the terms shown in the Service or agreed in writing. Staffer provides the tools to arrange and record them.

5. Acceptable use

Do not provide false information, impersonate others, misuse other users’ data, interfere with the Service, try to bypass its security or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Availability

During development the Service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Staffer is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes and ending

We may update these terms or stop the Service. Continued use after an update means you accept it. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.
