Account deletion

You can ask Staffer to delete your account and the personal data linked to it.

How to request deletion

Send an email to support@thestaffer.tech from the email address linked to your account, with the subject “Account deletion”. Include your name and, for workers, the phone number registered in the app. Organizations should also include the organization name.

What happens next

We may ask you to confirm your identity so that nobody else can delete your account. After we verify the request, we delete or anonymize your account and personal data and confirm by email.

What may be kept

We may keep limited data that we must or are entitled to keep by law, for example accounting and payout records, records needed to resolve disputes, and data needed to prevent fraud. Kept data is limited to what is necessary and is not used for other purposes.
